A lot of the power of OnePager comes from its efficient handling of space in the '''graph'''. To manage vertical space, it is often very useful to move task bars/milestone symbols so that several of them occupy the same '''row'''. This setting automatically converts short-duration task bars into milestone symbols for easier reading. The '''default value''' for this setting is '''2 days'''. This means that any task bars with less than '''2 days duration''' in the '''graph''' are automatically rendered in the '''Chart Editor''' and '''output media''' as a milestone symbols. To reduce this effect, increase the number of days for the '''Task/Milestone threshold''' setting to a larger value (e.g. to 5 days).

As a '''Note''', in this environment, if you place milestones on the time axis, and attempt to select them and access their '''context menu''', the '''Task Representation''' command is not present as it it not appropriate to change a '''milestone on the time axis''' into a task bar in the '''milestones on the time axis area'''.

==Resizing the Height of Task Bars/Milestone Symbols==

OnePager provides the capability to change the '''height''' of a task bar/milestone symbol by first selecting it and then dragging the '''grab box''' at the top or bottom of the selected task bar/milestone symbol up or down, as shown below. When the '''height''' is increased, both the top and bottom of the task bar/milestone symbol expand. Conversely, both the top and bottom of the task bar/milestone symbol contract when you reduce the task bars/milestone symbol's '''height''':
