The three (3)  '''View modes''' are:

5) You have the option to '''delete''' a '''background image''' from the '''current snapshot''' or '''all snapshots''' by first right-clicking on the '''background image''' and then making a selection from the '''Delete''' command and its sub-command as shown in the '''context menu''' below:

The '''Print Preview mode''' displays in the '''Page Layout''' ribbon tool bar tab's '''Chart Editor''' window but shows each page of the '''multi-page''' set of '''pages''' with all '''titles, headers, footers, the time axis, the legend, swimlane labels, text columns, and all decorations''' created for the chart. ==Change to a Different Image==
+

+
1) Once you’ve placed an image into the chart you have the option to change the '''background''' to a different image.  Just follow the steps below:
+

+
2) Right-click on the '''background''' image to bring up the '''context menu''' as shown above.

+
3) Click the '''Change to a different image…''' command (as seen in the figure above of the Context Menu) which accesses the '''Open picture file''' form as shown below:

4)  Alternatively, you can navigate to the folder where the desired image is stored.
+

+
5) Select the image you want to '''replace''' and click the '''Open''' button.  OnePager '''replaces''' the current image in the '''snapshot''' with the selected image retaining the '''size''' and '''other properties''' of the image that was replaced.

1) To apply the '''image change''' to '''all snapshots''', right-click on the '''replaced image''' to view the '''context menu''' shown below and click the '''Put image at all snapshots''' command.

Overview

Illustrations used in this article are from OnePager Pro using data from Microsoft Project but the feature's function, controls, and manual edits apply equally to other OnePager editions that import from data sources like Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and Oracle Primavera P6.

The OnePager Chart Editor operates in three user controlled View modes. View mode selection is done from the OnePager Page Layout ribbon tool bar tab shown here:

P70-8 6 1-70-(1)-08252019.png

View Modes Settings Group

The three (3) View modes are:

Normal

The Normal View mode is the default view mode in the Chart Editor window when OnePager is launched. As such, the Normal View mode displayed in the Page Layout ribbon tool bar tab is no different from the display in the Chart Editor under any other OnePager ribbon tool bar tab.

Page Break

The Page Break View mode displays in the Chart Editor window of the Page Layout ribbon tool bar tab and shows the entire chart sectioned into pages with the page numbers displayed as watermarks in each section.

Print Preview

The Print Preview mode displays in the Page Layout ribbon tool bar tab's Chart Editor window but shows each page of the multi-page set of pages with all titles, headers, footers, the time axis, the legend, swimlane labels, text columns, and all decorations created for the chart. For more details on the features and use of these three View modes, please use the following link: View Modes
