One Pager Pro supports date labeling in both calendar year and fiscal year formats. Fiscal year formats are available for date labeling in each of the three Time Axis Levels and their Cells. In OnePager Pro the controls for the Time Axis are consolidated in their own Template Properties form and Chart Properties form tabs. Although consolidated, there are two sub-tabs in the Time Axis tab for both the Template Properties form and Chart Properties forms that have settings related to Fiscal Year appearance in Time Axis Levels.

+

Within each of these sub-tabs (i.e., Top, Middle, and Bottom) there are six (6) control groups: (1) Show this level checkbox, (2) Re-Order Levels, (3) Labels, (4) Formatting, (5) Background Color(s), (6) Size. The controls provided in the Chart Properties form’s Time Axis tab and the three (3) sub-tabs considered here are the same as the corresponding sub-tabs in the Template Properties form’s Time Axis tab. For completeness, the Show this level checkbox that appears in the Top, Middle, and Bottom sub-tabs of the Template Properties and Chart Properties form’s Time Axis tab can be used to show or hide the corresponding Time Axis Level in the chart. At least one Time Axis Level must be shown.

The Re-Order Levels up and down arrows are provided so that you can exchange the location of Time Axis Levels with the up to three levels provided.
+
Use the First month of fiscal year to set the beginning month of your fiscal year period using the 12 month dropdown shown above. Checking the Use starting year for FY numbering checkbox ON establishes the starting year number as the name of the fiscal year shown in Time Axis Level Cells. Leaving this checkbox unchecked OFF specifies that the ending year number is to be used as the name of the fiscal year shown in Time Axis Level Cells.

The purpose of this article is to describe the Borders and Size sub-groups and how its controls can be used for editing of the chart through the use of the Chart Properties form and the Chart Editor.
+
The two controls shown above are in each of the three Time Axis Level sub-tabs. When the Use fiscal year checkbox is checked ON, the adjacent Label format list contains fiscal year date formats you can select to populate that Time Axis Level’s Cells.

Chart Properties Form’s Formatting Control Group
Task Bar and Milestone Symbol Fiscal Year Date Decorations
The Formatting control group is made up of three (3) sub-control groups:
+
Additionally, you have the option to show fiscal year date labels on task bars and milestone symbols when you select to include dates as part of task bar/milestone symbol's decorations such as Date labels, Baselines, Deadlines, and Endpoints (4 in total).

:1) Borders
+
The Template Properties form and Chart Properties form both have Task Bars and Milestones tabs each with a Task Bars or Milestone Symbols Decorations control group as shown below for the Chart Properties form’s Task Bars tab:

:2) Background Color(s)

:3) Size
+
The Milestone tab differs from the Task Bars tab in that the Milestone tab does not have a Critical Path Properties or Endpoint Properties set of controls in its Milestone Symbols Decorations control group. Within the four sets of controls shown highlighted above are checkboxes for turning the features ON and OFF and buttons for accessing their respective Set … properties forms which contain the controls for setting fiscal year date formats for the specific task bar/milestone symbol decoration.

As mentioned above, the controls for globally editing the fiscal year date format configuration of the three OnePager Pro Time Axis Levels are in the Template Properties form and Chart Propereties form Time Axis tab’s Calendar sub-tab and the three Level sub-tabs (Top, Middle, and Bottom). The Chart Properties form for these tabs and sub-tabs is shown above.

The Borders sub-group has controls for the Top border and Bottom border for each of the three Time Axis Levels with:
+
There are two steps required to change the default calendar year date format settings in the three Time Axis Levels to fiscal year date formats. First, select the First month of the fiscal year using the dropdown selection control in the Calendar Settings sub-group of the Calendar sub-tab of the Time Axis tab and decide if the fiscal year date format for the year should name the starting year or ending year in the appropriate Time Axis Level Cell’s date format:

This is the checkboxes that turn the Border visualizations ON and OFF. The checkbox must be checked ON for the controls below the checkbox to be enabled.
+
The second step is to go to the first Time Axis Level and set the Use fiscal year checkbox to ON and select the desired fiscal year date format from the Label format dropdown:

Color
+

+

This dropdown control provides access to the OnePager standard Color Chooser form for selecting the Border’s color.
+
Repeat the above step for the Middle Time Axis Level and Bottom Time Axis Level where appropriate and the resulting Time Axis in the chart reflects the fiscal year date format settings as shown in the example below:

Width
+

This dial control can be used to change the Border’s Width as measured in inches or centimeters depending on the type of Template Properties form you selected.
+
For comparative purposes, if you go back to the Calendar sub-tab and check the Use starting year for fiscal year numbering checkbox to ON, the Top Time Axis Level date label changes to that shown below:

Dash Type
+

The Border Dash types option selector provides five (5) dash types as shown here:
+
In the above illustration the Top Time Axis Level’s date format shows the starting year for the year date format. The Middle and Bottom Time Axis Level date formats are unchanged and the Use fiscal year checkbox in each of these two Time Axis Levels remains checked ON. If we revert the year numbering of the Top Time Axis Level to ending year and go to the Middle Time Axis Level and uncheck the Use fiscal year checkbox to OFF, the Time Axis looks like this as annotated below:

+

+

Adjacent Time Axis Borders
+
Although there are no OnePager Pro provided Fiscal Year date format types for Months, Weeks, etc., you have the capability to create your own using the Custom Date Format feature. Below is an illustration shown where you can access the Custom Date Format feature from the Chart Properties form:

Adjacent Time Axis Level borders (i.e., above and below) overlap between the Top and Middle Time Axis Levels and between the Middle and Bottom Time Axis Levels. The Bottom Border of the Bottom Time Axis Level overlaps with the Inner Frame border of the chart. The Top Border of the Top Time Line Axis Level overlaps with the Outer Frame border of the chart. Any Border Color selected for a Top or Bottom Border can therefore conflict with its adjacent Time Axis Level border, Inner Frame border, or Outer Frame border. As a general rule, Time Axis Level Border settings take priority over Inner and Outer Frame border color settings when you are editing the default colors for both Time Axis Level borders and Inner and Outer Frame borders.

Vertical Gridlines
+
Fiscal Year Configuration in the Chart
The Vertical Gridlines controls provide the means for placing vertical lines between Time Axis Cells that can be contained within the Time Axis Level, or can extend into the graph only, or can encompass both the Time Axis Level’s Cells and the graph. These controls are demonstrated separately and together in the sub-sections that follow.
+
The previous section above described the configuration of fiscal year date formats for Time Axis Levels. This section covers the configuration of date formats in the graph where it is desired to represent fiscal years versus calendar years in dates associated with decorations on task bars and milestone symbols. Date labels are represented in a standard way for any task bars/milestone symbols or decoration that have a date association in the chart. These include:

Editing the Line Colors of the Top and Bottom Borders of Each Time Axis Level - Example
+
* Task Bars/Milestone Symbols start and finish dates
+
* Baseline start and finish dates
+
* Deadline date
+
* Endpoint (4 in total) date

Suppose we want to adopt different colors for the top and bottom borders of the Top Time Axis Level. Using the Chart Properties form Time Axis tab’s Top Level sub-tab the Top and Bottom Time Axis Level borders are edited to become blue and gold respectively:
+
For all but Time Axis Levels, you have the capability to specify the position of dates with respect to the task bar, milestone symbol, or decoration and their date font properties. Task bars/milestone symbols and their associated decorations (baselines, deadlines, and endpoints) have their date label characteristics specified globally by following these steps. Access the Chart Properties clicking the button on the OnePager Home ribbon tool bar tab. This accesses the Chart Properties form where you can select either the Task bars tab or the Milestones tab to gain access to the appropriate decorations group of the form as shown below:

+

+

Now, using the Chart Properties form Time Axis tab’s Middle Level sub-tab you see that the gold color selection made for the Bottom border of the Top Time Axis Level is now shown in the form as the Top border of the Middle Level:
+
When any decoration checkbox is checked ON, the associated Properties buttons to the right is enabled so you can access the respective Set … properties forms as with the example for Date Label properties below:

+

+

At this point you can add a border color for the Bottom Border of the Middle Time Axis Level as shown below:
+
The form above shows typical date control groups for a typical Set … properties form. Choosing to show the dates, the positioning of dates, the selection of the date format, and date font properties are standard throughout OnePager. Each of the four (4) Set … properties forms for Task Bars and three (3) for Milestones has a Use fiscal year checkbox and an augmented list with fiscal year date formats when the Use fiscal year checkbox is checked ON.

+
For more information on the contents and use of controls in the four Set … properties forms, please see this section in the articles at: Task Bars Tab for OnePager Pro – Task Bar Decorations Control Group and Milestones Tab for OnePager Pro - Milestone Symbol Decorations Control Group

+

Looking at the Chart Properties form Time Axis tab at the Bottom Level you see that border color from the Bottom border of the Middle Level Time Axis is shown:
+
About Fiscal Years and Weeks
+
Although fiscal year date formats in Time Axis Levels are separate for control purposes from the controls over fiscal year date formats for task bars and milestone symbols, it is often advisable to coordinate date formats in the graph with date formats in the Time Axes. Accordingly, if you plan to include date formats in any task bars/milestone symbol's decoration in your chart, you need to edit the controls in each specific task bars/milestone symbol's decoration you are going to use.

+

The general rule illustrated above is that when Time Axis Levels share Borders, the last color edit made to a shared border is applied and recorded in the two participating Time Axis Levels in the Chart Properties form’s Time Axis tab as shown here for the Middle Level Time Axis sub-tab:
+
The following sub-sections provide some useful examples.

Using Fiscal Years
+

Editing the Line Width of the Borders of the Each Time Axis Level - Example
+
The Use fiscal year checkbox, however, requires some further explanation. When this checkbox is checked ON, OnePager Pro expresses years, quarters, month number of the year, week number of the year, and day number of the year relative to the start of the fiscal year. As an example, suppose the source plan portion below has task bars spanning portions of three standard calendar years. The Microsoft Project source plan looks like this:

The Width control for the Top Border, Bottom Border, and Vertical Gridlines are dial controls measured in font points or pixels. In the illustrations above the Width dial control was increased to 3.0 to give more visibility to the Time Axis Level Top and Bottom Borders shown.

+

Editing the Line Style of the Borders of the Each Time Axis Level - Example
+
Creating the chart produces this graph where the Time Axis is specified globally as a standard calendar year, Start dates are shown to the left of the task bars and their Finish dates are shown to the right of the task bars:

The Border Dash types option selector provides five (5) dash types as shown here:
+

+

+
The years shown for the first task bars have Start dates in 2018 and the last task bar's Finish dates are in 2020 above. You now can use the Time Axis controls accessed through the Chart Properties form’s Time Axis tab to access the Calendar sub-tab. In the Calendar sub-tab, validate, for example, that the First month of the fiscal year dropdown is set to the month of October and the Use starting year for FY numbering checkbox is unchecked or OFF.

+

Using the example above, the Solid Dash types is changed to the Dash dot dot types below to illustrate the effect:
+

+

+
With this step completed, access the Top Level, Middle Level, and Bottom Level sub-tabs in the desired order and check each sub-tabs Use fiscal year checkbox to ON and select an appropriate Fiscal Year Label format as illustrated below for the Top Time Axis Level sub-tab:

+

Editing Vertical Gridlines in Each Time Axis Level - Example
+

+

In each Time Axis Level’s Borders: sub-group is the Vertical Gridline control selection dropdown with options to show Vertical Gridlines in the Graph as well as within the Time Axis Level area or both as shown here:
+
After resetting the Top Level, Middle Level, and Bottom Level sub-tab controls as described above and clicking the Apply button on the Chart Properties form, the chart’s Time Axis looks like this:

+

+

The default is typically In time axis and the option can be applied at any of the three Time Axis Levels as shown here for the Middle Time Axis Level and accented with wider lines for illustrative purposes:
+
Since, for consistency, you want to have the task bar’s Start/Finish dates reflect the correct fiscal year designation to match the configuration of the Time Axis, there is a need to make a few more adjustments.

+
First, go to the Task Bars tab of the Chart Properties form and click the Date Label Properties button to access the Set date label properties form. In the Set date label properties form, click the Show start date and Show finish date checkboxes to ON. Then select the desired Start position and Finish position from the dropdown lists provided. Next, check the Use fiscal year checkbox ON. And, lastly, select the fiscal year Date format from the dropdown list as shown below:

+

If the In chart option is selected, the Graph looks like this:
+

+

+
With the above settings made for the task bars in the chart, the Date Labels previously added to the task bar’s Labels now look like this:

+

If the In chart & graph option is used, the chart looks like this:
+

+

Using Fiscal Weeks
+

Caution When Using the chart & time axis Option
+
OnePager Pro is able to display the week number of each fiscal year, going sequentially from 1 to 52 (or 53 in some cases).

There are some conventions that are discussed below pertaining to using the In chart & time axis option over multiple Time Axis Levels. In the example above, Vertical Gridlines in the Graph are shared at Year, Quarter, and Month Tics where the Month corresponds to a Quarter and Year Tic boundaries. Although different colors appear at Tic intervals in each of the Time Axis Levels where the In time axis option is used, only one color, usually selected from the last Time Axis Level to apply the Vertical Gridlines In chart & time axis, is shown in the Graph where multiple Tic boundaries overlap. There is no override provision made for additional application of Vertical Gridlines using the In chart & time axis option.
+
The Fiscal Weeks feature depends on your answer to three (3) questions in setting up the Time Axis:

Care should be taken in selecting the sequence of applying Vertical Gridlines with the In chart & time axis option to achieve your specific presentation goals. When applying the Vertical Gridline In chart option, the same rule applies as discussed above for Vertical Gridline In chart & time axis. When applying the Vertical Gridlines In time axis option, the result is straight forward in that the Vertical Gridlines are made within the confines of the Time Axis Level where the option is selected. The Vertical Gridlines group of controls in the Borders: sub-group of controls also has a border Width: and Dash type: set of controls which function as described above for Top and Bottom Borders within a Time Axis Level.

Overview

Template Properties and Chart Properties Form Time Axis Tabs

One Pager Pro supports date labeling in both calendar year and fiscal year formats. Fiscal year formats are available for date labeling in each of the three Time Axis Levels and their Cells. In OnePager Pro the controls for the Time Axis are consolidated in their own Template Properties form and Chart Properties form tabs. Although consolidated, there are two sub-tabs in the Time Axis tab for both the Template Properties form and Chart Properties forms that have settings related to Fiscal Year appearance in Time Axis Levels.

Calendar Sub-Tab Fiscal Year Controls

The Calendar sub-tab’s Calendar Settings group has two controls related to Fiscal year as shown below:

P70-22 2 1-70-(1)-10292020.png

Use the First month of fiscal year to set the beginning month of your fiscal year period using the 12 month dropdown shown above. Checking the Use starting year for FY numbering checkbox ON establishes the starting year number as the name of the fiscal year shown in Time Axis Level Cells. Leaving this checkbox unchecked OFF specifies that the ending year number is to be used as the name of the fiscal year shown in Time Axis Level Cells.

Top, Middle, and Bottom Level Time Axis Sub-Tab Fiscal Year Controls

The Top, Middle, and Bottom sub-tabs in the Time Axis tab also have two controls related to setting Fiscal year date formats as shown here for the Middle sub-tab:

P70-22 2 1-70-(2)-10292020.png

The two controls shown above are in each of the three Time Axis Level sub-tabs. When the Use fiscal year checkbox is checked ON, the adjacent Label format list contains fiscal year date formats you can select to populate that Time Axis Level’s Cells.

Task Bar and Milestone Symbol Fiscal Year Date Decorations

Additionally, you have the option to show fiscal year date labels on task bars and milestone symbols when you select to include dates as part of task bar/milestone symbol's decorations such as Date labels, Baselines, Deadlines, and Endpoints (4 in total).

The Template Properties form and Chart Properties form both have Task Bars and Milestones tabs each with a Task Bars or Milestone Symbols Decorations control group as shown below for the Chart Properties form’s Task Bars tab:

P70-22 2 1-70-(3)-10292020.png

The Milestone tab differs from the Task Bars tab in that the Milestone tab does not have a Critical Path Properties or Endpoint Properties set of controls in its Milestone Symbols Decorations control group. Within the four sets of controls shown highlighted above are checkboxes for turning the features ON and OFF and buttons for accessing their respective Set … properties forms which contain the controls for setting fiscal year date formats for the specific task bar/milestone symbol decoration.

For more information on the operation of fiscal year date format controls, please see this section in the article at: About Fiscal Years and Weeks

For more information on the controls in the Template Properties and Chart Properties form’s Task Bars and Milestones tab, please see the articles in the list below:

Fiscal Year Configuration of Time Axis Levels

As mentioned above, the controls for globally editing the fiscal year date format configuration of the three OnePager Pro Time Axis Levels are in the Template Properties form and Chart Propereties form Time Axis tab’s Calendar sub-tab and the three Level sub-tabs (Top, Middle, and Bottom). The Chart Properties form for these tabs and sub-tabs is shown above.

P70-22 2 1-70-(4)-10292020.png

The second step is to go to the first Time Axis Level and set the Use fiscal year checkbox to ON and select the desired fiscal year date format from the Label format dropdown:

P70-22 2 1-70-(5)-10292020.png

Repeat the above step for the Middle Time Axis Level and Bottom Time Axis Level where appropriate and the resulting Time Axis in the chart reflects the fiscal year date format settings as shown in the example below:

P70-22 2 1-70-(6)-10292020.png

For comparative purposes, if you go back to the Calendar sub-tab and check the Use starting year for fiscal year numbering checkbox to ON, the Top Time Axis Level date label changes to that shown below:

P70-22 2 1-70-(7)-10292020.png

In the above illustration the Top Time Axis Level’s date format shows the starting year for the year date format. The Middle and Bottom Time Axis Level date formats are unchanged and the Use fiscal year checkbox in each of these two Time Axis Levels remains checked ON. If we revert the year numbering of the Top Time Axis Level to ending year and go to the Middle Time Axis Level and uncheck the Use fiscal year checkbox to OFF, the Time Axis looks like this as annotated below:

P70-22 2 1-70-(8)-10292020.png

Although there are no OnePager Pro provided Fiscal Year date format types for Months, Weeks, etc., you have the capability to create your own using the Custom Date Format feature. Below is an illustration shown where you can access the Custom Date Format feature from the Chart Properties form:

P70-22 2 1-70-(9)-10292020.png

For more information on the Custom Date Format feature, please see the article at: The Custom Date Format Feature for OnePager Pro

Fiscal Year Configuration in the Chart

The previous section above described the configuration of fiscal year date formats for Time Axis Levels. This section covers the configuration of date formats in the graph where it is desired to represent fiscal years versus calendar years in dates associated with decorations on task bars and milestone symbols. Date labels are represented in a standard way for any task bars/milestone symbols or decoration that have a date association in the chart. These include:

 • Task Bars/Milestone Symbols start and finish dates
 • Baseline start and finish dates
 • Deadline date
 • Endpoint (4 in total) date

For all but Time Axis Levels, you have the capability to specify the position of dates with respect to the task bar, milestone symbol, or decoration and their date font properties. Task bars/milestone symbols and their associated decorations (baselines, deadlines, and endpoints) have their date label characteristics specified globally by following these steps. Access the Chart Properties clicking the button on the OnePager Home ribbon tool bar tab. This accesses the Chart Properties form where you can select either the Task bars tab or the Milestones tab to gain access to the appropriate decorations group of the form as shown below:

P70-22 2 1-70-(3)-10292020.png

When any decoration checkbox is checked ON, the associated Properties buttons to the right is enabled so you can access the respective Set … properties forms as with the example for Date Label properties below:

P70-22 2 1-70-(11)-10292020.png

The form above shows typical date control groups for a typical Set … properties form. Choosing to show the dates, the positioning of dates, the selection of the date format, and date font properties are standard throughout OnePager. Each of the four (4) Set … properties forms for Task Bars and three (3) for Milestones has a Use fiscal year checkbox and an augmented list with fiscal year date formats when the Use fiscal year checkbox is checked ON.

For more information on the contents and use of controls in the four Set … properties forms, please see this section in the articles at: Task Bars Tab for OnePager Pro – Task Bar Decorations Control Group and Milestones Tab for OnePager Pro - Milestone Symbol Decorations Control Group

About Fiscal Years and Weeks

Although fiscal year date formats in Time Axis Levels are separate for control purposes from the controls over fiscal year date formats for task bars and milestone symbols, it is often advisable to coordinate date formats in the graph with date formats in the Time Axes. Accordingly, if you plan to include date formats in any task bars/milestone symbol's decoration in your chart, you need to edit the controls in each specific task bars/milestone symbol's decoration you are going to use.

The following sub-sections provide some useful examples.

Using Fiscal Years

The Use fiscal year checkbox, however, requires some further explanation. When this checkbox is checked ON, OnePager Pro expresses years, quarters, month number of the year, week number of the year, and day number of the year relative to the start of the fiscal year. As an example, suppose the source plan portion below has task bars spanning portions of three standard calendar years. The Microsoft Project source plan looks like this:

P70-22 2 1-70-(12)-10292020.png

Creating the chart produces this graph where the Time Axis is specified globally as a standard calendar year, Start dates are shown to the left of the task bars and their Finish dates are shown to the right of the task bars:

P70-22 2 1-70-(13)-10292020.png

The years shown for the first task bars have Start dates in 2018 and the last task bar's Finish dates are in 2020 above. You now can use the Time Axis controls accessed through the Chart Properties form’s Time Axis tab to access the Calendar sub-tab. In the Calendar sub-tab, validate, for example, that the First month of the fiscal year dropdown is set to the month of October and the Use starting year for FY numbering checkbox is unchecked or OFF.

P70-22 2 1-70-(4)-10292020.png

With this step completed, access the Top Level, Middle Level, and Bottom Level sub-tabs in the desired order and check each sub-tabs Use fiscal year checkbox to ON and select an appropriate Fiscal Year Label format as illustrated below for the Top Time Axis Level sub-tab:

P70-22 2 1-70-(5)-10292020.png

After resetting the Top Level, Middle Level, and Bottom Level sub-tab controls as described above and clicking the Apply button on the Chart Properties form, the chart’s Time Axis looks like this:

P70-22 2 1-70-(16)-10292020.png

Since, for consistency, you want to have the task bar’s Start/Finish dates reflect the correct fiscal year designation to match the configuration of the Time Axis, there is a need to make a few more adjustments.

P70-22 2 1-70-(11)-10292020.png

With the above settings made for the task bars in the chart, the Date Labels previously added to the task bar’s Labels now look like this:

P70-22 2 1-70-(18)-10292020.png

Using Fiscal Weeks

OnePager Pro is able to display the week number of each fiscal year, going sequentially from 1 to 52 (or 53 in some cases).

The Fiscal Weeks feature depends on your answer to three (3) questions in setting up the Time Axis:

1) On what day of the week does each week start (Sunday, Monday, etc.)?
2) Which month is the first month of the fiscal year?
3) Is the first week of the fiscal year the first full week, or is it the week that contains the first day of the fiscal year?

The following illustrations define weeks as beginning on Sundays and define the fiscal year as beginning in October.

These are the two cases of setting the answer to the third question above to make sure that the feature reflects your desires. The examples show how to answer the three questions via the Chart Properties form Time Axis tab’s three Level sub-tabs and the Calendar sub-tab. The illustration created below displays all three Time Axis Levels. The Top Level shows Month and Fiscal Year. The Middle Level shows Week Number in Fiscal Year terms. The Bottom Level shows Day of the Week.

To achieve the desired result, it is necessary to configure each of the three Time Axis Level controls in the Top Level, Middle Level, and Bottom Level as shown below. The Top Level sub-tab is configured to show Months with a Label format that includes the month-year combination. The year is displayed as the end of the fiscal year.

P70-22 2 1-70-(19)-10292020.png

The Middle Level sub-tab is configured to show the Fiscal Week Numbers with the Fiscal Week count starting at the beginning of the Fiscal Year.

P70-22 2 1-70-(20)-10292020.png

The Bottom Level sub-tab is configured to display Days of the week using the day abbreviation for the display.

P70-22 2 1-70-(21)-10292020.png

We can anticipate that configuring the Bottom Time Axis Level in days could create so many Tic Units so as to crowd out the text. OnePager detects this condition and provides a warning message as shown below:

P70-22 2 1-70-(22)-10292020.png

Under such circumstances the recommended is to adjust the Timespan boundaries to present a more pleasing display as is done in the illustration below that incorporates the Time Axis Level settings presented above:

P70-22 2 1-70-(23-1)-10292020.png

Defining the First Week in a Fiscal Year

OnePager has three (3) options for defining the first week of the fiscal year as described below. Where the first week of the fiscal year contains:

1) The first day of the fiscal year.
2) The first full week of the fiscal year.
3) The fourth (4th) day of the year in accordance with International Standards Organization (ISO) 8601.

The selection control for establishing which option you wish to use is located in the Chart Properties form’s Time Axis tab in its Calendar sub-tab’s Calendar Settings control group as shown below:
