32-Bit and 64-Bit Versions of OnePager Express

Microsoft Excel is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Accordingly, OnePager is also available in 32 and 64-bit versions. The 32-bit version of Microsoft Excel requires the 32-bit version of OnePager and the 64-bit version of Microsoft Excel requires the 64-bit version of OnePager. The OnePager installer can often detect whether you are installing the correct “bitness” of OnePager to go with the “bitness” of Microsoft Excel. You can also determine the “bitness” of Microsoft Excel by going to the “Help” Menu and selecting “About Microsoft Excel”. To determine which version of OnePager you are installing, just note that the 64-bit version of OnePager has “(x64)” in the name of its msi file, whereas the 32-bit version does not. If you have downloaded the OnePager package with the wrong “bitness” for your installation of Microsoft Excel and are not directed to a download site to get the other file, please contact us at CG Support Team to receive the correct one.
