Conditional Formatting Rules and the Template for OnePager Express for Version 7.0

1) You can always define a Template with conditional formatting rules.
2) In situations where a Template contains conditional formatting rules using a field that does not exist or cannot be found in the Microsoft Excel source plan, OnePager Express (OPX) disables these specific rules.
