Overview

1) When swimlanes are too large, they can be split up so that each row becomes its own swimlane.

2) Follow the steps below:

Make Each Row into a Swimlane

1) Right click in the selected swimlanes label area and select the Make each row into swimlane command in the context menu shown above.

2) This command is only active when a swimlane that is selected in the previous step has more than one row.

3) Activating the Make each row into a swimlane command results in the rows in the selected swimlane or swimlanes becoming separate swimlanes.

4) Each newly created swimlane has the swimlane label from the parent swimlane and each the single rows retains their additional text column contents, if any, as shown below:
