Overview

8.0.1-OPL

The Getting Started (Portal) 3.0-OPL article covered a few ways of creating and updating project views and snapshots.

The Basic Workflows (Portal) 7.0.1-OPL article covered the basic workflows available in OnePager Live.

The article links below provide you with more advanced workfolws for OnePager Live. There are essentially three (3) workflows categories you can use. Of course, OnePager Live's flexibility allows you to innovate on your own.

In each of these articles we show the flow of steps and illustrate these steps with appropriate figures of the necessary form.

Clicking on any of the links below will take you to the article where you'll find a flow diagram and a step-by-step procedure on how to accomplish the workflow.

Creating Various Multi-Project Views with OnePager Live

One of the strengths of OnePager Live is its ability to create compact visual representations of multiple projects. These could be several projects that belong to one program or they could be several projects and programs in an organization’s portfolio.

OnePager Live supports the visualization of multiple-project from Microsoft Project plans and Microsoft Excel plans and the article links below are intended to assist you with the creation of these visualizations.

Using OnePager Live to Create Multi-Project Views from Microsoft Project

The first two article links below are associated with Microsoft Project and provide assistance with the creation of multi-project project view either using the Microsoft Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) or separate Microsoft Project plans:

Making Multi-Project Graphs from MS Project Integrated Master Schedules 8.1.1-OPL
Making Multi-Project Graphs from Separate Microsoft Project Plans 8.2.1-OPL

Using OnePager Live to Create Multi-Project Views from Microsoft Excel

The two links below are associated with Microsoft Excel and provide guidance with the creation of multi-project project views when multiple projects are contained in a single Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or where you want to make a single project view from multiple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet plans:

The Multi-Page Feature for OnePager Live

As the product’s name implies, OnePager is intended to take a complex Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel plan and render it into a concise and informative Gantt chart in seconds.

For many of you this is certainly sufficient. However, as you become more proficient and your projects more complex, you’ve asked us for the ability to create multiple pages of output. Please use the following like to obtain more information on OnePager Live's Multi-Page feature:
