About Editing Rows and Swimlanes
Rows and swimlanes are a feature of OnePager that allow you to group, collect, and sort project tasks and milestones dynamically based on your underlying project data.
This section covers the manual edits that are also possible with rows and swimlanes. Most row and swimlane editing is done globally, so you should also read the Managing Templates (Portal) articles to familiarize yourself with some of the more common row and swimlane features.
Editing Row and Swimlane Tips
Row and swimlane labels can be modified (or selected groups of them) using the Change Marker Properties form. This form can be accessed two ways:
1) Right-clicking
- a) Select a row or swimlane (or group of rows or swimlanes).
- b) Right-click the selection and choose the Format… command.
2) Format button
- a) Select a row or swimlane (or group of rows or swimlanes).
- b) Click the Format… button as shown below:
