Conditional Formatting (Portal)

11.0.1-OPL2 from 11.0.1-60 7/14/2017

Conditional formatting allows you to establish a set of rules that will alter the look of your project view as the data in your Microsoft Project source plan or Microsoft Excel source plan changes. It goes beyond the dynamic color-coding feature described, for example, in this article: Task Bars Tab-OnePager Pro.

The following elements can be defined by using conditional formatting rules:

  • Shape (task or milestone)
  • Color
  • Height
  • Border
  • Label Font

You can define these rules in either before or after you create new project view. To create rules before you create a project view, use the Template Properties form. To create (or modify) rules after you create a project view, use the Project-View Properties (PVP) form.
